Empowering Women of Nepal

Empowering Women of Nepal (EWN), in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Annapurna, successfully conducted Tourism Violence and Harassment Awareness Trainings for a total of 122 participants across different groups.

🔹 58 participants including EWN employees and volunteers, guides and assistant guides of 3 Sisters Adventure Trekking, and staff members of 3 Sisters Guest House
🔹 64 participants, Travel and Tourism students of Grades 11 and 12 from Mount Annapurna Secondary School

Both sessions were facilitated by Arman Raj Pandey from Fight Back and focused on strengthening awareness, confidence, and practical skills to prevent and effectively respond to violence and harassment within the tourism sector.

These interactive trainings aimed to empower both tourism professionals and future tourism leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to create a safe, respectful, and inclusive tourism environment.
