At EWN hall, we are committed to investing in the professional growth of our team. From 8 to 26 June, three weeks, we have successfully conducted our 5-Day Resume Writing, Cover Letter, and PowerPoint Presentation Training on a weekly basis for our Guides and Assistant Guides.
A total of 18 participants—15 women and 3 men—completed the training, with each group participating in an intensive five-day program. The training was designed to strengthen participants’ professional communication, job application, and presentation skills, helping them build confidence and enhance their career development opportunities within the tourism and trekking sector.
The sessions were facilitated by Norec participants, Sadia Akter and Irfan Jamal Dipto , whose knowledge, practical guidance, and engaging approach created a supportive and inspiring learning environment for all participants.
One of the most significant outcomes of this initiative is that participants are now equipped to independently prepare, update, and customize their own resumes, cover letters, and professional presentations. This not only reduces their reliance on others for these essential career documents but also empowers them with lifelong professional skills that will benefit them throughout their careers.
We believe that continuous learning and capacity building are essential for creating confident, skilled, and empowered tourism professionals. Through regular training initiatives like this, we remain dedicated to supporting the personal and professional development of our team.
