About the Job

Introduction

Empowering Women of Nepal (EWN) is looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Assistant Facilitators.

The Assistant Facilitator will support sports-based leadership and life skills training for girls and young girl in schools and communities. The successful candidate will assist in facilitating activities, organizing sports sessions, supporting training events, and promoting teamwork, confidence, and personal development.

Job Description

The Assistant Facilitator will:

  • Assist in conducting sports and life skills training sessions.
  • Support facilitators during workshops, events, and community programs.
  • Help organize sports activities, games, and team-building exercises.
  • Build positive relationships with participants, schools, and community stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing training materials and activity reports.
  • Support project logistics and field activities.
  • Ensure a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Travel to project sites when required.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the project team.

Requirements

Education

  • +2 (Higher Secondary) pass-out candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree students or graduates will  considered an added advantage.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong interest and enthusiasm for sports and physical activities.
  • Freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.  
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic working environment.
  • Responsible, punctual, and committed to assigned tasks.
  • Previous experience in sports, facilitation, volunteering, or youth engagement will be an added advantage.
